About the Role
The role of SHE Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company has the highest possible standards of safety, occupational health and environmental responsibility, and that these are properly and effectively implemented across the business. This will be carried out in a manner wholly consistent with Kier's SHE policies and procedures.
What do we need from you?
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate that you are an experienced SHE specialist with solid practical experience within the utilities industry, ideally telecoms. You will need to be a chartered SHE professional or equivalent (or demonstrable IPD/CPD equivalent) and have detailed understanding of SHE legislation - including good knowledge of the CDM.
Through strong management skills you will have the ability to develop your team to ensure key objectives are delivered.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you hold a full UK driving Licence.
