A great opportunity has arisen in Kier Highways for a SHE Manager. The main purpose of the SHE Manager role is to drive and Lead SHE across the Kier Highways Business stream in the RDP Contracts with a focus on collating and standardising current best practice. Responsibilities include leading in the management and promotion of Health and Safety for the RDP Windy Harbour Contract and supporting the Head of SHE & SHE Director in implementing & delivery of the Company's SHE Vision Strategy Aims & Objectives, influence that Health & Safety Behaviours are maintained across all aspects of the contracts supported. The SHE Manager will be site based.

To be successful in this role you will need to have or be working towards CMIOSH qualification.
