Job Title: SHE Manager
Location: Anglian Water Region Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire/Cambridge/Norfolk/Lincoln
Business area: Kier Utilities and Rail - Anglian Water Alliance
Contract: 7:30am to 5:00pm Full-time.
We are now recruiting for a SHE Manager to join our Utilities and Rail - Anglian Water Alliance team to advise employees on how to minimise or ultimately avoid risks and hazards in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll manage a team of safety professionals as part of the wider Anglian Water Safety Business Partner team to lead on Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategies across the alliance.
- Making sure strategies are appropriate, you must monitor, manage and assure their delivery throughout the alliance, there will also be opportunities to identify and drive any improvements and consistency.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in Utilities and Rail.
- Good communication to manage a team in the appropriate way.
