We are now recruiting for a SHE Manager to join our Utilities UK Power Networks team to advise employees on how to minimise or ultimately avoid risks and hazards in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll manage a team of safety professionals as part of the wider Water Safety Business Partner team to lead on Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategies across the alliance.
- Making sure these strategies are appropriate, you must monitor, manage and assure their delivery throughout the alliance, there will also be opportunities to identify and drive any improvements and consistency.
- Experience in Utilities and Rail.
- Good communication to manage a team appropriately.
