We are currently seeking an experienced Shot Blaster to join a refurbishment project in Richmond on a temporary basis. This role involves shot blasting steel components to prepare them for repainting and refinishing.

Location: Richmond
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary contract
Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, with potential overtime available
Project: Working on a refurbishment job, preparing steel surfaces by removing rust, paint, and other contaminants using shot blasting techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Operate shot blasting equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare steel surfaces for coating and painting
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in shot blasting (essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality work
