Net Temps are working closely with a well established company who are currently seeking a Site Administrator for a role on a construction site.

Location: Stirling, FK8

Duration: Ongoing

Pay Rate: Between £12 and £14 per hour dependent on skills and experience

As an experienced Site Administrator, you will be an integral part of the site team.

The Site Administrator duties will involve, but won't be limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the site teams including all typing/ filing/ archiving/ photocopying/ scanning, ensuring that all company administration procedures are followed
  • Receiving telephone calls/ email enquiries and responding accordingly
  • Updating/ maintaining site documentation and ensuring that all reports and forms are correctly presented and returned by due date
  • Assisting to resolve any basic IT issues within the site and escalating to Group IT department where necessary
  • Managing all planning and building control associated paperwork and requests
  • Processing all Site Plant invoicing and raising against GRNS on COINS

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on site
  • Knowledge of COINS
  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment, ideally within the construction industry
  • Accurate typing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office with good degree of computer literacy

Able to work well under pressure, prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining high standards of work
