We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Strategic Projects team, based in York. Within this role, you can enjoy exposure to exciting projects, progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Projects team, supporting them and providing general administrative duties to the Operations and Management team.

Your day to day will include:

  • Responding to general enquiries related to payroll?and timesheets, purchasing, monitoring and reporting of work, invoicing, and payments

  • Organising events, travel & accommodation

  • Using 4P to help with document control

Who are we looking for?

This role of Site Administrator is great for you if:

  • You have experience in roles working with a variety of stakeholders & leadership, organising travel & accommodation

  • You have a wide range of general office responsibilities, and have a high?IT proficiency

  • You have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks of varying importance
