Responsibilities
As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Construction Team, supporting them in providing full secretarial and administrative support to the site-based staff.
Your day to day will include:
- Manage diaries of key project personnel including arranging meeting rooms etc and recording minutes of key meetings.
- Manage the site supply of safety equipment, such as helmets, hi viz jackets etc on site and keep a record of issue.
- Assist the team to manage the records associated with the site induction process.
- Administering the biometric site access system; registering site personnel on the system.
- Maintaining site records such as:
- Material delivery tickets.
- Plant hire tickets.
- transfer tickets.
- BREEAM Records including energy usage (Metering records).
This role of Site Administrator is great for you if have:
- Proven track record in administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact effectively with other members of staff
- Computer literate, especially word, excel and powerpoint.
