We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Kier Construction team in London. Contract: Full Time, Permanent



Responsibilities



As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Construction Team, supporting the Project Manager with the smooth running of the site office





Your day to day will include:



· Being the first point of contact for all visitors and deliveries to site as well as manage site meeting room bookings and order stationery, consumables, and PPE

· Assist in the statutory handover documentation as directed by the project lead

· Support and assist site managers with Safety, Health, Environmental and Assurance (SHE) compliance documentation

· Maintain both hard and electronic filing systems within the guidelines and standards set out





Who are we looking for?



This role of Site Administrator is great for you if have:



  • Experience within a similar position
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Computer literate, especially word, excel and powerpoint.
