Kier Construction London is looking to recruit a Site Administrator for a new project in North London. The London Site Administration team work on projects within the M25 taking responsibility for providing full administrative support to site and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Goods receipting, proactively chasing data and resolving queries
- Track Plant on/off hires
- Collect and maintain site induction data
- Maintain training records
- Ensure notice boards are up to date
- Order stationery, consumables and PPE
- Environmental reporting
- Manage the filing system
- Mange SharePoint and the project inbox
- Ensure site registers are up to date
- Coordinate the compilation of O & M Manuals
- Administrative assistance with audits
- Effectively communicate and adhere to company procedure
- General administration supportive to site and the project team
- Maintain a professional site office
- Proven track record in administration
- Accepts responsibility and takes ownership
- Self-motivated, ability to multi task
- Flexible team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate; Microsoft packages
