Title: Site Administrator

Location: Within 1 hours' commute of Nottingham

Business area: Buildings

Introduction:

Kier is looking to recruit a Site Administrator to join the Buildings Central team, reporting into Operations. Demonstrating strong people and project management skills, you will lead the bid team to ensure clients are provided with robust commercial and technical submissions, with a key focus on the aviation market.

Key responsibilities:

· Social value plans for each project and to share best practice

· Constructor folders and delivery plans for each project including sharing best practice

· To assist in the gathering of KPI information for all projects and collating case studies

· To assist the Contract Managers in general admin including the Scape Tracker document

· To record project completion dates, end of defect dates and records of receipt of Certificates of Making Good Defects.

· To implement all Kier Group policies and promote Kier Group values towards its customers in order to meet expectations

Skills and experience required:
  • Good standard of education.
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Must be IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
  • Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
