We're looking for a Site Administrator to join our Kier Construction team in London. Location: Full Sutton, York

Contract: HMP Millsike, Full Time, Permanent



Responsibilities



As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Construction Team, supporting them in providing full secretarial and administrative support to the site-based staff.





Your day to day will include:



  • Welcoming and taking care of visitors - inputting as visitors on data scope, liaising with Security team where necessary as well as giving out visitor passes and signing visitors in
  • Arranging meetings with sub-contractors, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared
  • Manage the site supply of safety equipment, such as helmets, hi viz jackets etc on site and keep a record of issue
  • Help set up and administer events on site on occasion


Who are we looking for?



This role of Site Administrator is great for you if have:



  • Experience within a similar position
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Computer literate, especially word, excel and powerpoint.
