Experienced Site Foreman with SMSTS & CSCS needed ASAP to work in Birmingham.
The Company:
The company are a building and construction contractor who specialise in a range of aspects within the construction industry.
The Opportunity:
Site Foreman - will be based in Birmingham, on a freelance basis. Candidates will be required to have a valid SMSTS & CSCS. The duties & responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:
Overseeing/ helping drive the project to timescales, making sure operations are running smoothly, and maintaining the adhering of health and safety on site.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH REINFORCED CONCRETE IS PREFERABLE
The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:
The company is looking for an experienced Site Foreman who has a valid SMSTS & CSCS. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:
- MUST have SMSTS
- MUST have CSCS
- PREFERRED - Previous Reinforced Concrete experience
- MUST have ability to get to Birmingham
- MUST have working reference
- MUST have the right to work in the UK
Pay:
Freelance: Between £220 and £250 a day (negotiable)
