Working on an 8-year framework with UK Power Networks who own and maintain the electricity cables in South East England and London we are part of an alliance comprising Wood Group, Morrison Utility Services and Clancy Docwra.

As Site Management Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for attending sites within the SPN network, covering Surrey, Sussex and Kent on a weekly basis providing support to Site Managers in the monthly reporting cycle, producing weekly and monthly payroll from timesheets and overseeing the management of the document control process to facilitate all incoming and outgoing submissions.

What we need from you?

To be successful in the role you will have previous experience within a similar role, supporting project Site Managers ideally within the utilities industry. You will have the ability to organise and prioritise a flexible work load with strong administration skills.

Due to the nature of the role it is also essential that you hold a UK driving license in order for you to travel from site to site.
