Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic Site Manager with experience in high volume fast paced new build housing developments for a period of holiday cover on one of their developments in Doncaster. The position is to run from 9th -19th March inclusive and will allow for some time prior to then for a handover on site.

We are seeking seeking a motivated, driven and hungry site manager who can come in and make a difference and help push on a large fast moving new build housing development and someone who is looking for their next career move and permanent role who can make a difference.

The successful candidates will be responsible for day to day site activities, controlling sub contractors and ensuring that material supplies are available. Key responsibilities are meeting deadlines and making sure that quality standards remain high whilst keeping the health, safety and welfare of the site workforce a top priority.The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding.

You will have a track record of effectively managing high volume residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme, and to meet the needs of our valued customers.

The successful candidates should be capable of supervising all facets of construction at all levels and be fully conversant with all aspects of house building. You must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage and motivate site staff.

Required experience:

* Site Management (minimum 5 years in high volume new build housing).
* Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
* Competent in Traditional Construction.
* First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day).
* CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS).
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
