My client is currently looking to recruit a freelance site manager with experience managing both civil and build projects based within Newcastle Upon Tyne.
- Rate is negotiable - we pay CIS, Umbrella, PAYE or via Limited Company
- Hours are a minimum of 39 hours per week - this may increase depending on role assignment
- This is a freelance opportunity with a client with a very busy order book for the year ahead, there is also a possibility of permanent employment.
- Will be working on commercial build projects or occasional refurbishment work to existing building
- Must be able to manage both civil & build
Role
- Liasing with clients, contractors and employees on a daily basis
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitoring cost and project progress
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
- Ordering Materials
- Creating site reports, drawings, rams and risk assessments

- Proof of SMSTS / CSCS
- Minimum of two working references that validate previous experience within this field
- Proof of right to work
- Proof of any additional qualifications such as first aid
