Job responsibilities
As a Site Manager with our Witham team, reporting into the project manager, you will be working on a variety of projects in the Suffolk, Essex and Hertfordshire areas.
You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained.
What do we need from you?
With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience on building projects ranging in value from £2-40m, who can join the team and hit the ground running.
