Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional property development company who are looking to recruit a Site Manager for an 8 week window replacement scheme in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have good all round build or refurbishment experience and be available for the next 8 weeks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing Trades and Sub Contractors on site (Up to 20 men max)
  • Health and Safety
  • Inductions
  • Weekly check in with the Project Manager

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid

The site hours will be 8am - 4pm for the next 8 weeks, Further work is possible as my client has various other schemes in the midlands. Please apply with an up to date CV.
