Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national main contractor, assisting them to recruit a Site or Package Manager for a £30m high rise residential project in Manchester. My client operate predominantly in the residential & commercial build sectors with a strong presence in the North West. They are looking for a Site or Package Manager to strengthen their management team, with a project duration of just over 2 years.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering high rise residential projects and will be available for the duration until completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage various packages within the project
- Oversee site H&S
- Manage the build programme
- Chair and attend site & sub-contract meetings
- Site Inductions
- Client liaison
- Oversee junior management
- Liaison with the design & commercial teams
- Liaison with architects
