Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for cover in Grimsby, the duration of the cover is 1 week from Monday 5th July.
Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire. They enjoy an enviable reputation for building quality new homes on attractive well designed developments varying in size The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way.
The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively managing residential developments, and producing high quality new homes on programme to meet the needs of our valued customers.
You will possess all relevant health & safety and site management qualifications (although we are always prepared to improve the skills and qualifications of all our employees).
You must have -
* Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS),
* Competent in Timber Frame & Traditional Construction,
* First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day),
* CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS preferred).
