Site Manager required in Saxilby near Lincoln, the duration of this contract is approx 3 months starting Monday 12th July. Our client is currently working on a small bespoke development of 6 detached homes and requires an experienced Site Manager.
The successful candidates will be responsible for day to day site activities, controlling sub contractors and ensuring that material supplies are available. Key responsibilities are meeting deadlines and making sure that quality standards remain high whilst keeping the health, safety and welfare of the site workforce a top priority.The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding.
You must have -
CSCS Card,
SMSTS,
First Aid,
Full PPE.
