Renowned House Builder with projects on-going throughout the UK.

The Opportunity
An experienced Site Manager with a proven house-building background in terms of quality, breadth of projects experience and the ability to deliver 100+ [lots per year, with a team of 3 reports.

The Role - Responsibilities & Experience
The Project Manager will be able to demonstrate the following core skills and experience:

  • Proven track record as a Project Manager with house building, with the ability to manage 100+ plots per year.
  • Traditional Build experience
  • Management of on-site team, subcontractors and health & safety.
  • A strong communicator, providing feedback to all relevant departments.
  • Track record as a Project Manager, of delivering projects on schedule and in budget.
  • Current Health & Safety card, CSCS
  • IT Literacy (Word/ Excel)
  • Drivers Licence.

The Project Manager/ Senior Site position salary comes with a negotiable base salary up to £62K, a benefits package, plus car allowance, bonus, pension & healthcare.
