Daniel Owen North are currently recruiting for Housing Site Managers in Hull and across the East Yorkshire region. Working for regional housebuilder, you will be working alongside another Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager for a month initially.

The role

  • Management of the build programme
  • Site H&S
  • Inductions
  • Site walk around
  • Management of sub contractors
  • Ordering of materials
  • Progress Reports to the Contracts Manager

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Experience working with residential builders
