Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional, family run main contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Manager for an upcoming conversion project in the Peak District, 25 minutes from Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have experience running conversion/refurbishment projects as a #1 and ideally be from a trade background.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Liaison
  • H&S
  • Management of various trades
  • Experience overseeing groundworks
  • Running the build programme
  • Inductions
  • Progress reports with management and directors

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
