Daniel Owen are currently working with a national main contractor to recruit a Site Manager for one of two upcoming projects in Leeds. My client specialise in high rise/commercial builds and have been established for over 35 years within this sector. They are looking for a number one Site Manager to head up one of their upcoming developments in Leeds, working alongside package managers and the engineers. These projects are due to start within Q4 of 2021 and are both have a duration of 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects over £20m as a Site Manager within the high rise/commercial sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of build programme
  • Oversight of all trades and subcontractors
  • Ensuring the build is completed on time and to budget
  • Procurement
  • H&S
  • Client liaison
  • Director liaison

Package

  • Up to £60,000 basic salary
  • Car Allowance / Company Car
