Daniel Owen North are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a regional contractor, on a care project in Hull. This project is a new build care home so experience in multi-room/care sector is essential. You will be the number 1 on site, reporting into a Contracts Manager who will visit 1-2 days a week.

  • Managing trades
  • Working to drawings
  • H&S
  • Inductions
  • Client liaison

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Good IT & interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK Driving license
