Freelance/Permanent opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to work with a leading private-owned construction/high-end residential development contractor.
This ideal candidate will come from a main contracting construction background and/or private housing/refurbishment sector. Due to the diverse nature of the projects they undertake as a principal contractor, a strong professional background within the aforementntioned sector(s) will be considered
You will oversee a designated project within the Edinburgh area as the lead Site Manager. Duties will involve key undertakings from pre-construction through to full project delivery overseeing labour on site, sub-contractor progress and meeting key deadlines with a client-facing environment
