Daniel Owen are currently working with a national house builder to recruit 2x Site Managers for an ongoing large scale development in North Yorkshire. This site consists of 2 - 4 bedroom timber frame plots and they are looking to bolster their management team for the remainder of the site. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.

  • Management of build programme
  • NHBC Liaison
  • Management of trades & subbies
  • Health and Safety
  • Contracts Manager/Director updates
  • Inductions

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience with a regional or national house builder

This is a company with a solid management structure and can offer true progression for the right candidate.
