I am working with a leading contractor to help appoint an experienced Site Manager to look after several projects in and around Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Stockton.
My client is looking to appoint somebody ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis. Specifically, we are looking for somebody with plenty of experience in the Public Sector ideally within domestic buildings. Work will be on their refurbishment schemes across the Teesside area.
They currently are looking after contracts across Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and Stockton and the successful candidate should expect to travel between these sites as and when needed. Successful candidates will be looking after 1/2 sites based on the size of each site. Specifically, the contracts that my client is looking after for their client is made up of windows, doors and fire door schemes so somebody who has had exposure to this scope of work would be beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual who can effectively and confidentially look after several important contracts on behalf of my client, with good opportunities for growth.
Annual salary circa £38k + company car + company benefits.
