Our client, a well established and family run design and build contractor is seeking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their existing and well established team based in their North Lincolnshire head office. Specialising in Industrial, commercial and retail construction work, they have a full order book and an excellent reputation gained over many years. Contract values are typically between £250K and £3million and work comes in by way of word of mouth and repeat business from long a long standing client base.

We are seeking an Experienced Site Manager required for a full retail strip out of a large unit at Team Valley (NE11). The position is to start on 4th January and will run for appx 8 weeks.
CSCS / SMSTS and first aid required and an excellent hourly rate on offer for the right candidate.

Job is to oversee the full soft strip out of all M & E, fixture and fittings and mains services to take the unit back to a shell. There will also be some remedial repair and re sealing work to the roof.
