Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional housing contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Manager, on a temp to perm basis in Swaffham. This will be for an initial 4 - 6 week period with a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing medium - large scale housing developments through to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing the build programme of various sized plots
  • RAMS
  • H&S
  • Inductions
  • Client liaison
  • Management of sub-contractors
  • Ordering of materials.

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience within the residential housing sector
  • Valid UK Driving License
