Daniel Owen are looking for an experienced residential site manager on behalf of a client who are completing the refurbishment of a large residential block. The candidate must have experience in residential refurbishment work and be able to manage a high volume of trades and sub contractors.

The project will be over 12 months work for the correct candidate leading onto other projects after completion.
