Contract: Permanent- Full Time

Salary: £37,000- £45,000 per annum dependent on experience

We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, and we are now recruiting for a Site Manager to join our Utilities team in Norwich on our IOS Anglian Water Alliance.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of site work, focusing on SHEQ, time and cost. Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will manage direct labour and supply chain teams to ensure all activities are provided in compliance with the scheme deliverables from a developed solution, through to construction completion, in conjunction with the Project Engineer.

This role is key in terms of managing successful delivery of site activity, but also has a key input as part of scoping and solution development stages of the project. The role will require adopting a wider Alliance view at times and modelling appropriate Alliancing behaviours and leadership skills.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience of managing construction resources and ideally projects in the water industry
  • Good commercial and contract awareness as well as good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulation
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
