Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional house builder, assisting them to recruit a Site Manager for an upcoming development in Bradford. The Site Manager will be utilised on another development until this site commences in April. My client build bespoke properties, up to 5 bedroom and pride themselves on delivering a quality product.

The ideal candidate will have experience with either a volume 5* house builder or smaller regional developers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of the build program
  • Inductions
  • H&S / RAMS
  • Management of trades & sub-contractors
  • Toolbox Talks
  • Materials
  • Customer Care

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Experience within new build housing
