I am currently working with a leading property maintenance company who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a 5-6 month contract. They currently have a contract doing full kitchens renewals in occupied properties for a local housing association in the County Durham area.

I am looking for a Site Manager from a Joinery background who isn't opposed to assist in terms of the quality checking of work, and not being afraid to carry out some snagging where required

The right candidate will have the following:

  • Public sector / domestic experience
  • SMSTS
  • Excellent Health and Safety on site
  • Driving License
  • Joinery background

Interviews to take place ASAP with the contract starting at the end of March.

Must be willing to provide the following:

  • CV
  • SMSTS and other relevant Certificates
  • Passport or Birth Certificate and NI proof
  • Headshot
  • 2 names and numbers of reference contacts.
