I am working with a well know Property Maintenance contractor to help appoint an experienced Site Manager to look after one of their schemes in Harrogate, with the aim of also helping on sites in Sheffield and Leeds where needed.
My client is looking to appoint somebody for start on site date which is due to be in the next 4/5 weeks on a temporary to permanent basis or permanent basis depending on successful candidates motivations. Specifically, we are looking for somebody with plenty of experience in the Public Sector ideally within domestic buildings. Work will be across both kitchen and bathroom schemes in occupied properties. Candidates should be aware that they will have to deal with tenants where needed.
They currently are looking after contracts across Harrogate, Leeds and Sheffield and the successful candidate should expect to travel between these sites as and when needed.
My client is specifically wanting somebody who has worked in the Public Sector, on these type of contracts and is aware of the work that this entails.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual who can effectively and confidentially look after several important contracts on behalf of my client, with good opportunities for growth.
Annual salary circa £35 - £38k + company van + benefits.
