Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a residential scheme in Pontefract. This is to deliver a mix of bungalow and 2 storey social housing plots with completion due to be at the end of September.

The ideal candidate will have experience in smaller scale social housing developments and be available until the end of September to complete the site.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of trades & sub contractors
  • Programme management
  • H&S
  • RAMS
  • Inductions
  • Contracts Manager updates
  • Completion of plots

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Experience with Housing Association plots
  • Valid UK Driving License
