I am currently working with a leading house builder who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent contract.

Working on a residential site in Stanley that is running until 2024 and then moved onto other contracts.

The site will have a total of 87 plots; 35 forecast this build year and 17 next.

Salary is circa £50k + £5700 car allowance or company car + fuel card (covers business/personal mileage) + annual discretionary bonus + all other usual benefits.

The right candidate will have the following:

  • Residential experience
  • SMSTS
  • Excellent Health and Safety on site
  • Driving License

Interviews to take place ASAP with the contract starting at the end of March.

Must be willing to provide the following:

  • CV
  • SMSTS and other relevant Certificates
  • Passport or Birth Certificate and NI proof
  • Headshot
  • 2 names and numbers of reference contacts.
