Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national new build housing contractor who need an #2 Site Manager in Coventry for a contract through until September. These houses are a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom social housing plots with the Current Snr SM requiring an extra Manager to help with completions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • H&S
  • Manage finishing trades
  • Managing subbies
  • RAMS
  • Inductions
  • Working to the build programme
