Daniel Owen North are currently working with a market leading, national fit out contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager in Manchester City Centre. The ideal candidate will have client facing experience and will of managed Cat A & B fit outs from inception through to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • H&S of the entire project
  • Management of staff
  • Management of sub contractors
  • Ensure the project programme is worked to and completed on time
  • Management of day to day operational duties
  • Client liaison (repeat business client)
  • Company/project reports
  • Chair weekly meetings

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Main Contractor background/experience
  • Cat A & B fit out experience
