Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional contractor to appoint a Site Manager for an 8 week health care project in Hull. The ideal candidate will have experience in health care and fit out projects and be available for the full 2 month period.

This project will entail fitting out new wards and the hospital restaurant.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of trades & contractors
  • Health & Safety
  • Managing the programme
  • Inductions
  • Liaison with the client
  • Contracts Manager/Director walk arounds and updates
  • RAMS
