Site Manager required (on a permanent or freelance basis) to work with a leading fit-out. refurbishment and construction main contractor who are carrying out student accommodations refurbishment works across Glasgow. SMSTS, First Aid and relevant experience required.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will be the #1 Site Manager on the project with responsibility of liasing with the client, supervising direct labour and working with sub-contractors to deliver projectto schedule.
This role wouldbe suitable for a candidate from a joinery/interior fit-out background with relevant experience operating within a Management capacity on site.
