Daniel Owen are currently working with a highly reputable, national contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a 10 month period to assist on a new build care home. The ideal candidate must have experience in multi room projects, ideally managing on care home or extra care schemes previously. This role entails a few weeks holiday cover in the North West as of 30/06, then followed by the remaining 9 month in Leeds.

  • Management of trades & sub-contractors
  • Oversight of H&S
  • Inductions
  • Working to build programme
  • RAMS
  • Working alongside PM and QS

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
