My client, a well established house builder, are looking for an experienced Site manager to oversee the finishing aspect of new build apartments.
The site is in a beautiful area with local amenities close by and parking on site.
The role of the Site manager will be driving the finishing aspect of new build apartments to completion and organising sub contractors to work efficiently and on schedule.
The site manager will ideally be proven in the residential sector but experience in other areas of finishing will be considered.
