Daniel Owen are currently working with a national main contractor to recruit a Site Manager for an ongoing contract in Newcastle. My client work in the retail fit out sector with a mix of high end clients, as well as smaller SME clients. Due to an influx of projects to be started in H2 of 2022, my client require an extra Site Manager to help deliver these schemes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage direct trades & labour
  • Management of sub-contractors
  • Client/Franchisee liaison
  • H&S
  • RAMS
  • Inductions
  • Contracts Manager updates
  • Chair weekly progress meetings

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Valid UK Driving License
