Daniel Owen are currently working with a national, market leading fit out contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a 5 month project in Leeds. This is a JCT with CDP project which includes the conversion of an underground car park into a breakout/communal space for a student accommodation. The ideal candidate will have predominantly fit out experience, with alterations and conversion projects also.

  • RAMS
  • Management of trades & sub-contractors
  • Contract Manager/Director updates
  • Working to the build programme
  • Inductions
  • Client liaison

You must have...

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS
  • Fit Out Experience
