We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Regional Build team based in Edinburgh to work on the Passivhaus Project.


Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday


Responsibilities

As a Site Manager working on the Passivhaus Projects, Your day to day will include:

  • Carrying and gathering photographic and other records of works associated with the elements of the building that the Passivhaus certification are dependent on i.e. the foundations, the envelope, and the MEP installation
  • Develop and monitor the quality inspection process requirements for the relevant elements
  • Demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained


Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience working in a site management role with understanding of both building construction and M&E
  • HNC/HND or above in a Construction related discipline
