Daniel Owen are a recruitment business working withing Building and Construction currently sourcing a Site Manager in Bridgwater. We are currently working with a demo and strip out contractor working on the removal of the M&E within a large unit including heat systems and gas purge. In addition to this there will be some roofing work.

The right manager for the job will have good experience of demo works and be confident in managing the sub contractors on site. The contractor is based in the north so they will be visiting preiodically so the site manager must be happy to work on their own.

  • Management of build programmes
  • Oversight of trades & sub-contractors
  • Contracts Manager & Director site walk arounds
  • Customer Home Demos (With Assistant Site Manager)

  • Abestos Awareness
  • Fire Marshal
  • Valid UK Driving License
