Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Sheffield, Yorkshire
Contract: Permanent, full time.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Program Planner to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
- Maintaining project targets and ensure that all Kier's procedures and Health and Safety legislation and are always complied with.
- Drive cultural change into the delivery and design teams to eliminate and minimise physical and nonphysical waste
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- You have experience managing the design process of a Design and Build contract
- You have history with overseeing Health & Safety within a site environment
- You have a collaborative approach
