We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team, working on an acute services building and a ward block for Luton & Dunstable Hospital. Within this role, you can enjoy progression opportunities, support in obtaining further qualifications and even more.

Contract:?Permanent, full time


Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will be supporting the Site team, running several key internal fit-out packages up to a combined value of approximately £8m.

Your day to day will include:

  • Being responsible for a specific area of the project in terms of maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping and project-wide package management duties

  • Engaging in Short-Interval Control planning approaches with allocated packages to effectively manage and forward plan the works on site

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the buildings design pertaining to the allocated packages


Who are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if you have:

  • Previous experience of managing internal fit-out or dry-lining packages

  • Experience of working on large schemes with high standards to match

  • SMSTS, valid CSCS black / gold card
